Q. What are your Shipping charges?

All orders over $100 are shipped free within Australia. All orders below $100 incur a $10 shipping charge. All orders shipped to New Zealand, the UK, Europe and the USA incur a $10 shipping charge. For all other locations there is a $30 shipping charge.

Q. Does Star Jewels ship worldwide?

Star Jewels ship everything on our website around the world. We currently ship to 49 different countries and are adding new customers everyday.

Q. Who do I contact if I have any questions?

When you shop at starjewels.com.au, you are guaranteed the same great customer service that you would receive in any of our stores. Q. How long will it take to get my order?

If the item is in stock you should receive your order in 7 working days, this can vary depending on shipping location. In case the item is not in stock or in manufacturing, it could take longer. However we shall endeavour to send it to you as soon as possible. A customer care representative will contact you when your order has been received with all relevant information and also when your purchase is due for shipping.

Q. Will my items be gift-wrapped?

All StarJewels.com.au purchases arrive in the Star Jewels Premium Box. Please make a note in the Gift Box during checkout if you would like your parcel wrapped.
In case the items are for a gift, we will also include your personal message on a Star Jewels Classic Greeting Card.

Yes, it is safe to order on StarJewels.com.au. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

Q. Can you ship my order to an international location?

Yes. Higher charges will apply. A Customer care representative will get in touch with you regarding those. Please note that the rules relating to the import of Jewellery in the country concerned will apply. All local charges in the country concerned will be borne by the recepient.

Q. How can I check on an order I placed on StarJewels.com.au?

To check on the status of an order or verify shipment, you can log in to your ACCOUNT with the Log in and Password nominated by you or alternately call us on 1800 201 141 Freecall number and a Customer Representative will be able to personally help you.

Q. Can you tell me more about Star Jewels Online payments?

When purchasing any item you have the opportunity to pay in full or to lay-by. You have the option of paying by the following Credit Cards, VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS . The payment is routed through our online portal at the National Australia Bank using 128bit SSL security Certificate. SSL is the industry standard for the transmission of credit card details. Your information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

A minimum 25% deposit will be required to commence a Lay By and automatic periodic payments will be charged to your Credit Card at the rate of 25% of the outstanding amount till the amount is paid in full. There are no extra charges for using the Online Lay By facility. The goods will be shipped on the receipt of the final payment.

Q. What are your locations?

Star Jewels have shut all their bricks and mortar stores and are now completely online. We welcome all our customers to visit us in our showroom to have a look at our entire range. We appreciate appointments as we want to ensure we are able to concentrate on your needs rather than spending time with a few groups. Our address is Suite 802, 109 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Q. What are your Postage charges?

Within Australia, Star Jewels charges $10 delivery fee for all orders below $100. All orders above $100 are delivered free. All orders to New Zealand, the UK, Europe and the USA are charged $10 for delivery and all for all other locations, the Delivery charge is $30.

Q. Are all rings available in all sizes?

No. We have an enormous range but we cannot keep each ring in each size in stock. Most of the times, it is relatively easy to handmake or manufacture most rings in most sizes, not barring any manufacturing issues. If your ring size is not listed on our product page, please call us on 1800 201 141 and we will try our best to get you the ring you love in the correct size.

Q. What is Eco-Drive and how does it work?

Eco-Drive technology by Citizen watches, converts natural and artificial light sources into energy. The light recharges a special solar cell, in any kind of light to run forever. Eco-Drive watches do not need batteries. Natural and artificial lights are absorbed through the dial and the special solar cell then converts the light into energy. Enough energy is stored to power the timepiece, even in the dark, from 135 days to 7 years depending on the model.
