Star Jewels only sell new products. All our brands are genuine and sourced from their official distributors. All branded items are backed by international warranties by the manufacturers.

We are sure that you will love the products you purchase online from us. But if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase within 45 days from the invoice date for a credit, exchange or a refund for the full value of the item (excluding freight charges), subject to the following terms & conditions,

  • The returns policy only covers items that have been purchased online and not in the store / showroom.
  • Before returning anything, the customer should contact Star Jewels (via e mail sales@starjewels.com.au) and quote the invoice number and the reason for the return before receiving a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be quoted on the paperwork along with the return.
  • All items returned must be in the same condition as originally received. They must be in an unworn condition and must be accompanied by their original packaging, warranty papers, instruction manuals, tags and a copy of the invoice. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we do not accept any earring returns. The items being returned must not be resized, engraved or worn for any period of time. In case of watches, the bracelets must not be altered in any way.
  • On receipt of the items, the sales consultants at Star Jewels will inspect and accept the return only if the above conditions have been met in full. The decision made by the Star Jewels consultants will be binding on the customer.
  • It is the customers responsibility to pack the items properly before returning. Star Jewels recommends that the goods to be returned should be insured by the customer to cover the possibility of any loss in transit. Star Jewels does not accept any liability until they have safely physically received the goods.
  • Items made to order or where the item has been modified as per the customers request, cannot be returned.
  • Any free gift or offer sent along with the original order must also be returned as per the above conditions.
  • The Returns policy only applies to items sold after the 1st of October 2012.
